The Annual General Meeting of the Ballarat District Golf Incorporated will be held at the Ballarat Golf Club on Monday 8th February 2021 at 7:00pm.

  3. Presentation of Annual Reports
  4. Presentation of Financial Statement
  5. Motion to suspend Affiliation Fees for 2021
  6. Election of Office Bearers and Committee for 2020/21
  7. General Business
    (a) 2021 District Calendar
    (b) Governance and Strategic Plan
    (c) Marketing and Promotion

Current Office Bearers and Committee

As per the Rules of Association the following committee positions will be up for election;

President ( Term of 2 Years )

Vice President ( Term of 2 Years)

Committee Position x 3 ( Term of 1 Year )

Nomination can submitted for these positions via the attached Nomination form by the Monday 1st February 2021.
