Held over five rounds in conjunction with Junior Pennant, the MyGolf Junior League catered for a minimum of 60 boys and girls each week, with a total 82 players participating over the course of the season.
Played in teams of ten, matches were played over nine holes on a shortened course. Players participated in pairs with a Two-Ball Ambrose Match Play format used.
One of the priorities of Ballarat District Golf is to grow junior participation and the MyGolf Junior League is an important activity in our junior development pathway.
Many thanks to:
- The players for participating and to the parents for supporting their involvement including supervising matches
- Junior Development Committee members Andrew Cartledge, Tony Collier, Bailey Holloway and Jeanette Tocchet for coordinating the competition
- Maryborough Golf Club, Midlands Golf Club, Buninyong Golf Club, Bacchus Marsh West Golf Club and Mt Xavier Golf Club for each hosting a round of matches
