The 2018 Ballarat District Championship was played on 27th of May at Buninyong GC over 27 holes stroke. With some good scoring in the morning, Brett Kerry recorded a 4 under par 68 to hold a 1 stroke lead over Craig Boucher (69) and 2 shots over Dan Staples (70)
In the afternoon, it was Kerry who handled the tough conditions the best, to record his first District Championship win by 4 shots from last year’s winner Kyle Haase.
Chris Tatt continued his dominance of the Seniors Division, while Matt Ryan capped of a great weekend, winning the Mt Xavier Club Championship on Sat, and defending his Junior title on Sun.
