2019 junior autumn

Mo Haintz from the Mount Xavier Golf Club has won the inaugural Midlands Golf Club – Autumn Junior Series.

A joint initiative of the Midlands Golf Club and Ballarat District Golf, the competition was held over a five-week period, with the final round played on Saturday 27th April.

A mixed gender event, each week an 18-hole Stableford competition was conducted. Players were required to play a minimum of three rounds and had the opportunity to play up to five rounds in the competition. At the conclusion of the five rounds, the top three Stableford scores for each player were added together to determine the final placings.

Alicia Todd was runner up, scoring 40 points for the third time, for a total of 120 points, whilst Eli Smart finished in third place, scoring 29 points, for a total of 107 points.

The top three place getters shared in over $800 worth of trophies and prizes.
