2021 District Championship

A field of 74 players competed in the 2021 Ballarat District Golf Championships played today at the Ballarat Golf Club.

Nick Haintz from Buninyong Golf Club claimed his first Men's District Champion title, winning in a play off against Kyle Haase from Midlands Golf Club and Brett Kerry from Midlands Golf Club after all three players finished on 105 for 27 holes.

Amy Leeson from Buninyong Golf Club won her third Women's District Champion title with a score of 111 for 27 holes.

Scott Burns from Ballarat Golf Club won the Senior Men's District Champion title on a countback with Robert Wallace from Midlands Golf Club after both players finished on 109 for 27 holes.
Kacee Kirwan-Hamilton from Ballarat Golf Club claimed the Under 21 Men's District Champion title, adding to the Under 18 Boys title he claimed two weeks ago and his Under 15 Boys title, which he won back in 2018.

Rose Britt from Midlands Golf Club won the inaugural Under 21 Women's District Champion title, a fifth District Champion trophy to go with her three Under 18 Girls and one Under 15 Girls titles.
